Not sure about the Duncan but I have the HMF with the Rath Racing head pipe and it is awsome.

HMF seems to be the one most people lean toward. I would try to find deals for HMF and White Brothers, and go with the one that had the best deal. I think power will not be that much different.

Where are you finding your radiator scoops? What paddels do you use? I have the AMS areospeed paddles and I dont like them because they seem to hook up to hard. I would like to try the ITP Sandstars. What do you think about them?

I just got back from the dunes and the Sand Stars hooked up really well. Slid when I needed them too, but had good traction when that was called for. I went through about 10 gallons of gas, and I still got the little nubbies on them, so wear is real good too.

I think that you probably ought to downgrade to a blaster fritter. They are a more suited for your small frame build. Power to weight ratio is a little bit safer and probably easier for you to handle also.
