Roughrider, I'm not a Polaris tech but I have a mechanical background and will throw in a suggestion. I do know that if the throttle cable has too much free-play/slack in it, the machine will backfire/miss when accelerating. Apparently it has something to do with throwing off the signal between the throttle position sensor(TPS) and the (ECU) electronic control unit/computer. My dealer told me this when I bought my machine and showed me how to adjust it if needed. It is a simple adjustment and the adjuster is in the throttle cable up near the throttle control. The best I recall he said there should be 1/16" free-play in the throttle lever maximum. If your throttle lever has to be pushed more than this before resistance is felt this might be your problem. This should have been checked during the Pre-delivery set-up at the dealership. If this doesn't cure it, have them run the diagnostics on it. If they can't do this then find a dealer who can. If the mechanic couldn't figure out the problem in a week, it's doubtful he'll ever figure it out. There are some super great people on this forum who will help you if they can. I'm sure you'll hear from some of them if this doesn't cure the problem. Best of luck.

Fireslayer, Thanks for the help, I did adjust the free play in the cable with no luck I rode it awhile ago and noticest something when it,s missing my R.P.M,s are around 6400 to 6500. I can back off the throttle and let it have it,s head nail it again and R.P.M,s are around 6100 to 6250 with no missing what so ever it seems like the clutch is not shifting out just right or the belts slipping you can be going 10 to 20 M.P H and nail it and it misses really bad get it rolling 40 to 50 M.P.H and nail it and it never misses again. I may have to find a new dealer I do know 1 thing Iam ready to get this thing fixed im afraid im going to have a stroke. When you spend that much money for a 4-wheeler you expect it to run right it,s brand new
