The stock rear PXTs are about 25 lbs each and the fronts around 20-21 lbs each, not sure about the radail mudlites but the standards are lighter.

The biggest problem you'll have with the power robbing is if you go larger than 26".

I'll let you know next week. I ordered them last night, mounted on Black Type-7 rims. I should have them by Tuesday. I stayed with 26".

I didn't notice much difference at all going to 27's, maybe a little on top-end. They sure felt heavier than the stockers though. Absolutly love the difference in snow or muddy trails though, these things hook up.

I have the 26" PXTs on my 02 700 and beat my buddy fairly easily with a 04.5 sp700 EFI that has 27" mudlites on.

Then we raced his other 04.5 sp700 EFI with the stock 25" badlands on and it was the other way around this time. He had me by a couple lenghts.

Note: before the 800 mods to my machine.

Thanks for the info. I also noticed that a lot of you have the 800 pipe mods on 700's. What type of pipe is it?

The 800 pipe mod is the same pipe as on the 800, its a two into one header, I think it really helped my 700, I also put the pure polaris muffler from White Brothers on mine its a little louder , but not to bad. You can get both off of ebay from Breeze Lawn and Garden for under $300.00 very good to deal with, 3 days shipping. Good Luck.
