I changed the coolant a couple of days ago and today when I fired up the SC400, coolant began spewing from the little hole in the red cap on the overflow. After it was through barfing all the coolant it was going to, it started blowing air out of the hole in the red cap? Any Ideas?

its quite possible that your coolant system is berping out air thats in it from when you changed the coolant..is the fan working, does the quad overheat or is it just gurgling coolant and air? i suggest running it(if it isnt overheating)and keep an eye on the coolant level, add if necessary and take it for a short ride and check it again, make sure your fan works, and your temp light is working also

I just did a rebuild and was in my third warm-up when this occured. Looks like I should have waited to change the coolant after I broke her back in.

The temp lite works b/c it overheated on the second warm-up. The fan did'nt kick in though. I suspect the fan would still work seeming that the quad is not even a year old.
