My boss at work bought a 4 wheeler from a guy and he said hes rode it 3 times and has had it almost a year. He said its blue and white and doesn't have any racks front or back. Said its a automatic but didn't know if it was a 2 stroke or 4. He knows nothing about 4 wheelers but he told me he'd sell it to me for 1000. He said hes pretty sure its a 2000 or 2001. Does all Polaris 2 strokes have oil injection where you put oil in one thing gas in other and it mixes itself? I'm thinking this is gonna be a great deal even if its a trail blazer 250 but i'm wondering if hes not mixed the gas? chances are he hasn't put gas in it but I'm wanting to look into the 4 wheeler for $1000 would this be a good deal? If its oil injected then chances are its got oil in the reserve if hes put gas in it. If hes run it without oil it shouldn't have run very long until in seized up correct?

 

Yes all the 2 strokes have injection systems on them, on most there is a cap on the front that holds normal 2 cycle oil .. i only go through a quart of oil a year in my trail boss and the kids are drivin it all the time, when u look at it, check the oil tank see if its empty. 1000 bucks is a very good deal if its 2000 or 2001

 

he said it is a trail blazer 250 but he thinks the year is a 98 because he saw one that looks like it. He doesn't know what year it is. If it runs good and in good condition and its a 1998 model still be good deal for 1000 wouldn't it?

 

If its in decent shape Buy it!! you'll have a grand worth of fun with it!!!
