I need to use the bottom two screw holes to mount a treestand holder, but can't reach the area to do it without getting the plastic storage compartment out of the way. Has anyone removed it temporarily? If so, how?

 

I think you will find that those two holes, as well as the two holes immediately above the bottom ones are threaded. These four holes are used to mount the Polaris bumper. The bumper bolts thread right in. Hope this helps.

 

Wayback40 is right but if you must remove the storage box the rear rack and rear fenders have to come off to access the box. No easy way to do it that I know of.

 

Why doesn't Polaris make a treestand rack for their atv's?!? I'm having a helluva time finding something to fit my obviously-made-for-hunting camo Sportsman! They are really missing the boat.
