I use one and it has given me better throttle response and would buy one again.

sportsman70003, what jet # did you use and what position is the needle in? I tried the Dynojet and got nowhere. now useing a 160 main and stock needle in # 4 . Really thinkin on that 800 header so any headstarts would help.

Right now I have the the 155 Dyno jet in and the clip on the 4th notch down on the Dyno needle.

The 800 header helped and I would also recommend a white bros. to go with it.

My 600 has a Polaris performance canister from the dealer.... and I did some work on the snorkel. I cut about half of it off and then heated it up, rounded it out and flared it like a trumpet... then took 2" shop vac hose stretched over the flare... it poped into one of the grooves.... water snug... maybe not proof... and left it long enough to go back up under the original baffel... for a given perimeter a circle has almost twice the area of a square as it was stock.... similarly you can take significant material out of the rectangle where the snorkel joins the air box.....in any case now I have to choke it when I start it and leave it on for a bit till it warms up...... before it would just start and go... the rumor is that they were rich from the factory.... anybody know what #jet is in it? I am looking at the dyna jet kits and am trying to make sense of it all. When I start it in the shed I don't get the really rich smell. It is also 20 deg f outside..... Any help?
