Default AWD Help!

I'm having a problem with my AWD. I have a Sportsman 800 '05. Had the front end apart to replace ball joints and replace the belt. Replaced all the fluids in front and rear differential and trans.

In 2WD the left front wheel engages sometimes. It happens under a load. Also when I engage the reverse override, the front wheels don't engage. Any ideas on what's happening would be appreciated. Thanks.

what fluid did you put in the front? It takes the hub drive fluid not the gear drive fluid, Just a thought.

Yeah, the right fluid makes a BIG difference. The early centralized Hilliards had some engage/disengage issues but yours is new enough not to have those problems. If you have the right fluid in it I’d get it back to the dealer if it’s still under warranty.

yeah I have the right fluids in. I am going to replace again to see if I put the rear in the front and front in the rear. When I have it in neutral and I spin the rear wheels the front spin also. This should not be happening right? Well again all help is welcome. It is not under warranty so I am trying to fix myself.
