Default ATP 330 Flooding after long ride. brake resivour leaking

Well my ATP 330 is going back in the shop tommarrow(Forth time). After an extended ride 30 min to 1hour- I can turn off my bike get a drink wait around 5 to 10 min and when i go to start the bike back up it wants to flood out. Whats causing this? It seems to do this when it is warm and not so much when it is cold. The dealer can't replicate the problem because they start it up and just let it idle. How can I explain to the dealer what is doing? I've told the the same thing as i stated above.

Next, My brake resivour on the handle bar is leaking around the seal. I have taken back three times already just for this problem. Anyone else have this problem? They said they replaced the o-ring last time but im going to request a new resivour.

Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,
jclaude

i have a trailblazer 250[2003]. when its hot in the summer and i turn it off and try to restart it minutes later i have to hold the throttle wide open to get it to start. i believe its a form of vapor lock from the heat of the engine traveling into the body of the carb. my brake resevoir did the same exact thing. here is what i did to it to solve the problem. after removing the cover and inspecting the o-ring i reinstalled and tightened the screws and it leaked worse. from what i could tell the cover is plastic and distorts when you tighten the screws. i used rtv sealant and formed a bead on the o-ring and around the seam on the outside. may not look pretty but now my master cylinder stays full and brakes work.

Thanks for the reply. ive taken it to the dealer. We will see what hes says. I did suggest a vapor lock when it gets hot, but he sort of rolled his eyes. Im not real happy with the service dept at this dealer they seem to look for the easy way out. Hopefully i will not have to take it back for a fifth time, for the same problem!!!!

I have 27 hrs on the machine and about 210 miles, do you think it is pretty much broke in as much as it is going to be broke in?

thanks

They will vapor lock when they get hot, my 700 and 425 have both done it, I wrapped the fuel lines real good with that silver heat tape from home depo and it solved the problem so far.
