What is popping off? The plow blade can loosen up when using it- tighten it and it will not fold over during use.
The mounting plate on mine hase been completely abused and it has no play

If you are talking about the pin that goes through - you do need to make sure it is all the way through and stays tight when you ar plowing

Default Glacier plow help

sorry -
If the plow is going over the bar at the rear of the mounting plate I have no idea how it could come out.
it would seem that the parts are broken, defective or probably mismatched.
Is the plow mounting plate sliding all the way over the bar at the rear?
