I'm going to get a set of 12x26 Mudlite XTRs.....my mind is pretty much made up on this.

The quandry I have and all opinions are welcome......What wheels should I get???

I know the ITP Type 7 is the "in Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word " choice......but 2 of my buddies just got the XTR/Type 7 package and I guess I just want something different. Choices are:

* Motosprorts Alloys "Climax"

* Vision 160 (This is an older model but I like the looks better than the 159 or 161)

* ITP Type 5

* ITP type 7

Size will be 12"x26"

What say you all???

I would get round wheels . Stay away from the square , triangle , or the rectangle ones . I haven't tried the trapezoids yet ,but I am leary of them .

Good luck - choose wisely .

Well maybe the type 5... If packed full of mud, the really sticky mud cleans out quickly while the others may or may not.

I too just got new mudlites...but after much looking around and pondering ...I decided to just stick with the stock rims....I could really find no valid reason to fork out the extra cash.Ya I know they are a little lighter but when I actually found out how much the difference is it totaly seemed pointless. And the only looks Im going for with this machine is a muddy one!

My quad is now 4" wider because of the new wheels, it made a big differance on side slopes
