05 tld 500 with hmf full exhaust.....and rath racing air box eliminator kit..no clamp on..........I am at 50 pilot and 190 main.....yes 190.....needle is at the lowest notch......as i increased jets from 180 to 190 the top and hesitation gradually went away......this just seems over jetted to me...but the plug looks nice and tan...not to lean or rich...should i keep increasing jet sizes or adjust my air fuel mixture...and how do u adjust the air fuel mixture?...i live in ohio....not sure of the elevation....temp was about 60 deg.......any ideas?

 

I'd say jetted to 175 or 172.5 main.....leave the pilot alone. Put the needle on the 4th clip. Should be ok here
