Yes, that would probably beat a stock pred. You'd have a pretty high maintaince motor, that would just beat a pred in strait line drags. Now, with these motor mods, you dvx's price would be very close to that of the preds.....and now(the bummer) its time to remember that the pred comes with waayy more stuff, in stock form. So, basically, you'd be getting a better deal with the pred......plus the pred's handeling and suspension, would smoke the dvx, no matter the power.

 

I would definately go DVX. and I am a polaris man myself.
