im sure by the sounds of it they would be a good one. my friend wants a winch for his bf 750 maybe ill buy one for him and we'll try it.

 

I was sceptical on buying one but curiosity got me and I was very impressed and surprised how much alike they are.

How hard you think it would be to mount one of these in the rear of my machine...I have a Polaris rear bumper back there so I think it would be a good spot just above that.....Probably have to do away with the toolbox.......What do you think?????

I think it would be pretty easy actually.

 

i just purchased the 3000lb gorilla for my arctic cat. It was only $15 more than the 2500 so why not. I definetly looks like a warn 2.5. The only thing is it comes with a 30ft cable. thats short so I am thinking of replacing the cable with a 50 foot synthetic rope.

 

I did put 60ft of amsteel blue on mine. 30 ft just wont cut it for me.

 

I think I will get me one, Where did you get the 60 ft cable at. I will need all I can. The pic on the site makes it look like you cant put much more on it.

 

Was it hard to put the cable on the winch? were did you get it?

You can get it in 100ft sections. I bought 100ft and put 60ft on the winch and made a pull strap out of the rest.

 

the design of there page looks alot like the viper and venom winches that used to be sold on ebay i always heard good things about them also..
