02 scrambler chain

Look in your parts manual for the drawing for the Rear Housing. The OEM part number is 3221111-076. This is a 520 o-ring chain with 76 rollers. You can order it anywhere. I have ordered from Dennis Kirk for both my 500 Scramblers, because they offer the length I need and I don't have to cut it.

Use the Polaris 520 o-ring chain and replace your front and rear sprockets at the same time.
Otherwise your are wasting a good chain. The worn sprockets cause premature wear on chain rollers. O-Ring chains last longer on quads and are recomended.
I have a couple of new Polaris gold o-ring chains in 84 link for $60.00 @
D.I.D. X-ring chains are good.
Quad need a good high quality o-ring chain because of the weight of vehical.
