My buddy has a polaris sportsman and me and him go mudding with our atvs and the pain is always washing. He said something about waxing the crap out of his atv and now his quad looks like new after were done washing, but mines just sad : ( i was just wondering of some things that I could use to wax . or something that would just make my baby look like new after.
thanks
Simon

Use a little WD-40 on the plastic before you go mudding. That will help keep the mud from sticking heavily on it.

I used some Maguiars NXT wax on mine and it looks pretty good. I put three coats on and it brought back the shine. The scratches are still there though. Plus the wax will help keep the mud and stuff from sticking to the plastic so clean up will be a breeze. For all of the other stuff on the quad, I used WD-40 and my quad looks almost like new again!

I keep that tire shine stuff in the spray bottle and armor all. That seems to help with the mud.
