Default is this to lean????

right now im runing a oil ratio of 70 to 1 with a 180 main. (on c112 39pwk)

thinking bout changing my main jet to somewhere into the 170's

waya guys think??

right know its a perfect brown, but i like to lean it as much as i could.


gues their isnt but 1 thing to do. change the jets then do a plug check

What oil are you using to mix at 70:1 ?

Sounds like your jetting is spot on to me. If you want to lean it out a little try running some more oil in it. Your motor will last longer if you run a 40:1 oil mix!

amzoil 100 to 1.

i used to run 36 to 1. but one day i mixed up a batch of 70 to 1. i ran it and the motor seemed to hit ALOT harder.

i like that ratio. been running it 4 about 5 months now with no motor failure. the compression is still there too!

yea it hits harder all right running leaner but beware that you go to lean and burn it down. if it's running a dark bown you could go a little leaner but not much at one time to save your engine. if the tip is at all starting to get grey to white too lean .
