Default scrambler serious electrical issue

I am getting very frustrated with my scrambler. Here is the problem the machines electric start does not work, if it is pullstarted it will run but the lights dont work or the 4x4. I have replaced the starter solenoid, battery, voltage regulator, stator, and left handlebar switch.
If you jump the starter solenoid it will turn over and start but no lights or 4x4. Im lost any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change ALL the light bulbs or at least check them and make sure the solinoid is wired right. No broken wires.

Use a testlight or a voltmeter to see if you are getting the proper signal at the solonoid (small wire). If you aren't, it's probably either a fuse, wiring, ignition switch, or the start switch.

Let us know.

Did you have any luck? I have a very similar problem with my 1999 500 Sportsman. It will start with the recoil in a couple pulls, but the starter can crank over until the battery is dead and never get a pop. Could use some advice if things work out for you.

I fixed a similar problem with a friend of mine Honda EX 300. It was hard to find but it wound up being a bad connection in a plug in connector. Also check for a bad ground from the battery. Or even a bad battery cable.
