Used Xpress 300 oil question

Used Xpress 300 oil question
I just purchased a used xpress 300 and am in the process of getting it ready too ride,
Its a 2 cycle engine I see a oil tank on front my queston is . If i fill the oil tank do i still need to pre mix the oil and gas?
