I know here in Onatio,Canada..You can't drive with two people unless the atv was made for that use, and even then I was told that you mush remain on the trails not on the roadways!!!Did anybody out there ever get a ticket or warning for riding two-up????Note the seats they sell are posted for rider to rest on the trail only!! not for passengers!!Just a question to throw out there for users like us to reply..Thanks....

In ontario canada you are able to carry a passenger on crown land only. I was at a atv rally last weekend they were busing passengers to the bush free. The opp were there to check if every body was doing so.

To Clarify:
MN Law reads that you can only ride two up on a machine that is intended for one person IF the operator is 18 or older and the passenger is as well, or if the passenger is a minor the operator must have consent from the gaurdian or said minor.
