Ok the **** mirrors are the Polaris Mirrors. I have the Polaris Mirrors (box that is) and the mirror is marked ****. **** had changed the mounting ends from plastic to metal. Not sure what this looks like since I called them today and they are sending the new mounting ends out. Second thing I am looking at is changing the fasteners out with something more stronger. I am going to a fastener supply shop Friday and see what they have. Then I will compare the new **** mounting hardware with the ones I get on Friday. The mirrors will not move once I finished with them.</end quote></div>
if your able, put some pics of them on.

I have used one mirror from a Street bike they work great. Nice to see whats behind you at a glance. The clamp on between the grip and switches, I just pulled the gip out enough for the clamp to fit.

Stendori, I have the Polaris brand. Its really good. To avoid the trail problem I mounted mine
on top of the handlebar assy. that mounts also the winch rocker switch. I added a 1 inch (1/4)
black bushing and a 1/4 (3" I think) lag machine screw w/nut. Its not the most prestigious way
but works, its tight and serves well. Check out my gallery pics # 11 and 15.
Mongrol, I had those same mirrors. Though I did not mount to the same place as you
did, my handlbars for me. I found it quite cumbersome as its twisty characteristic never
stayed still, constantly adjusting, finally when twisting back, the dumb thing (arm) just snapped.
Mine also did not really give a good rear view mirror reflection as good as mine (Polaris
brand) now. - Just my story...
