gas leaking from overflow valve

gas leaking from overflow valve
Yes I have not road my trailboss 330 in a while(6 months) its got maybe 10 hrs ride time on it.I went to crank it and gas started pooring out of the overflow valve.What could this be i cant get it to stop pooring out.onlt time it does nto poor out is when I turn off the gas.HELP ME!?!
