you tell me, since i put these tires on which are 27" vs. stock 26" when going down the rd today i actually caught and passed my buddy with his brute force 750. he told me he was full tilt and i said noway. i couldnt beat him before so something must be wrong with his wheeler right .

If you put tires on the bike that are lighter like mudlites then they will expand at high speed quite a bit and 1" might be like 3"s and mph will be up from that and your bike having less rotating mass equals higher top speed and better acceleration as well. Tires can make a huge difference.
