Hello All,

I'm new to the forum and new to ATV's in general. I did a lot of reading and so on while looking at ATV's and due to money concerns had to go with a used one. I ended up with a 2000 425 Xpedition with 850miles and 167hrs. on it. Paid $2300.00 and the bike seems to run well and looks good. I'm in the process of cleaning everything up and probably going to put a new set of brakes on it. I noticed that the footbrake is not working at all and the rear master cylinder reservoir was empty with the gasket all swollen and nasty. Any tips and or comments and advice on things to do with this machine will be well taken. Also, do you guys think I got a decent deal on it? I bought it to do some work around the woods, haul wood, drag things around while hunting and possibly put a plow on it and push some snow. Is this a good machine for these purposes? I'm hoping that I chose well as my wife was not too thrilled at the idea of getting an ATV in the first place. At any rate thanks to all of you for any information/tips that you can provide.
