Folks, be careful with any 1st year out models!!!! I like to let them get all the bugs out then buy. I have a 05 sportsman 500 and 05 700 efi and love them. I usually trade every year but I will keep these for maybe 3 or 4 years.... I like them that much!!!! I wished there was more options on bumpers though. It seems every sportsman has the same front brush guard. I like to be a little different. For 07, I would like to see more options. Sorry to take your post over. I would like to see the front rack/ storage made stronger too. Polaris should work on the little things like rattles, water getting in the front head lights ect. It would not take much to get rid of the little things that must be fixed as soon as we get our machines home!!!

New decals and color schemes.. Thats all that polaris is going to do... If you want to know what polaris is going to do for 07. Just look at the Limited Edition 06. Same color scheme always as the LE from the year before. Each year I was anxious to find out what Polaris was going to do and each year nothing happen that people said it would. I'm mostly talking about the scrambler. Oh well enjoy the wishfull thinking cuz thats about all thats coming out of polaris this year and next year etc.
Oh and I own 2 Polaris atv's and think there great. Just dont like how slow they are to update the scrammy.

While im not so sure the Scrambler will be updated, the Sportsman series should see a change. And my guess is the Scrambler will too. Its never had any real competition, so why change? Now with the Wolverine450 out, they'll step it up a notch, and as someone stated earlier, Polaris' contract with Macpherson has ended, so who knows that all changes we "could" see. But they could just renew it.........?

A 4wheel drive Outlaw would be pretty cool but I'd rather see a automatic instead of the manuel.
I also think that they need to crank up the heat in the sport/racing catagory.
The can-am renagade will take some of the scrambler sales but if they cut a bunch of weight off the scrammy....that would be just as good as a major revamp.
