I was just wondering if any of you have the twin performance exhaust kit which comes with the header and muffler.....The muffler is made by White Bros. and the header seems to be very similar to the 800 header....If so, did you notice a difference in throttle response as it says.....Also is it louder than stock.....I'm looking at the one that Breese Lawn advertises on E bay.

The 800 header works awsome on the 600 and 700's you will notice better response and about a 1/2 mph gain on 500' , any aftermarket silencer should work fine they are all very similar. Our kit is very similar too but we inlude the proper jetting and instructions with ours. Our silencers are 222.00

 

How do you include the proper jetting for an EFI Polaris? Just checking HEHEHE

 

Obviously, the jets are for the carbed models the efi units require no change. Sorry over looked that he had an efi.

Put same on my 05 700 efi and have been completly satisfied.
had more low end and mid range response.enough diff. that it started hitting the rev limiter right @ install so put 20/62 weights in the clutch and cured the problem.If interested in more info pm me and I'll send phone # chat.

 

So should the 800 stk header be used or the white brothers?

 

Use the 800 header and a high flowing muffler. I don't like the whitebrothers because everyone uses it. Go for a different muffler. But they all do serve the same perpose.

The 800 header pipe that comes in the kit your looking at is a stock 800 pipe from polaris.Got my kit from the auction cheap.
