I was wondering if mud tires such as the vampires, tri claws, outlaws, and other popular mud tires climb as good as regular stock tires.


P.S. does a lift kit make it harder for your atv to climb steep hills or does it effect the atvs climbing abilities???

My vamps have yet to fail me in mud or climbing hills. Yes a lift kit will effect you machines climbing abilities by giving it a higher center of gravity.

 

Four of us in our group hunt in the mountains in Alaska, Three of us has Vampires on our machines, the other has stock tires. We first go through an uphill swamp the stock tires got stuck six times, Vampires none. Up steep hills pulling loaded meat trailers, no problems also noticed no difference from stock tires to Vamps. Guess what the fourth guy said he is buying next hunting season (Vampires).
