Default To jet or not to jet?

I have a 2006 SP 700 and just put a pure polaris exhaust on same, the system is complete. Dual pipe header to single supertrap style muffler, question is it seems to be harder to crank now, the machine runs great other that the starting issue. Any help on this and advice on rejetting if needed would be great, thanks.

um if im right. the color of the plug is brownish when runnin right, white if its lean and black if its rich.
if its running great i dont know if you need to change your jetting cuz its fairly rich from factory.

could the starting problem be the battery.

the battery turns the starter fine, you just have to choke the heck out of it for several minutes before it will up and go as it should. thanks for the tip i will go and check the plugs after a quick blast around my property.
