Try calling Amsoil-- they might have a replacement.

I just purchase the polaris oil because the transmission does not hold very much and doesn't need frequent changes like the engine (i change my yearly whether it needs it or not). Is the polaris oil not available in your area?

Amsoil sells a lube called Series 2000 chain case lube. The call it TTC. It is a spcific chain case lube that meets the Polaris specification. It comes in 8 ounce bottles. As for the rear end I think you can use the sever gear 80W90. That's what I'm going to use in my bike. Thats' what AMSOIl recommended. the only lub I don't wnat to buy from them is the oil for the font diff. It only comes in 5 gal pails. PM me if you need more info.
