All -

I just placed an order with this on-line company
that sells ramps, trailers etc. for ATV/Motorcycles.
I ordered set of folding, arched, 110" length, 14" wide
pair of ramps.

Its now been 3 days and after checking my
tracking status, its still in the queque
"Pending Fulfillment". I do not have an
estimated ship date or had any communication from them.
I called today and the guy said they will pull
the order and send me and email (never happened)

Well I have never ordered from them before, what
is everyone's experience with this on-line company?
Hopefully, I didn't make any mistake.

I had good luck with discount ramps. I hope everything goes good for you. I did order online with a credit card so maybe that is why it worked good for me I don't know. But I got my ramp when they told me I was going to get it and they emailed me the day I was suppose to get it and I got it. Good luck.

Update -

They just sent me an email today and told me
that my item will be shipped next week. So I
hope all goes well from there, I'll keep ya posted
on it and if happy with my purchase!

Bought from them on ebay. Super nice and I had my ramps in 3 days. Good quality products also.

I got a set from them in less than a week after the order was placed.....mine are more of a solid design

Hmmmm...

I reposting/replying because discountramps.com
is playing cat and mouse with me. My item was supposed
to be shipped today and an email to confirm my ship date
and tracking number. When I emailed another case to customer
service, they are now coming back with "I can't find your
order and what is your name?"

What?

Well you just emailed me and sent me previous emails all with
my order number in the email header? Are they now claiming
technical stupidity. If the item is out of stock or something else
why don't they just come clean and tell me? W/O wasting my
time, I will just move on and order from another company.

Again, has anyone else had any issues? Thanks to all who have
posted!

What a disappointment...when I glanced at the title of the thread quickly I thought it read 'discount tramps'. Little did I know it was about ramps.

Wow, now I have a tracking number from UPS
like it has been shipped. Time will tell, still no apologies
from customer support. Hopfeully the product will
make up for these little troubles.
