I'm just wondering.....

Has anyone here ever had any luck contact RCR, Hot Seat or HPD via email?

I've sent 2 emails to RCR and Hot Seat, and one to HPD in the past few weeks with questions on products - but I never get a response.

I know I could pick up the phone and surely get someone on the line, but I just like using email for questions 'till I'm ready to buy. Are they deluged with that many emails each day that they can't answer them all?

Just curious if I'm alone. I guess I'll be making long distance phone calls next week.

Later!

Check in the hpd roller clutch forum, I asked about hpd's e-mail, and I guess someone else runs theirs, as far as the other two, "patience my friend, patience"

Thanks - I'll check it out.

Not a big deal - I'll still buy from them. Just would be nice to get quick answers through email. I'm sure they get LOTS of questions from guys like me. In the meantime, I'll rely on resources such as this forum.

A lot of the people that run these businesses can spit out what they have to say quicker via the phone rather than email. Dont forget that these shops produce thier own products therefore they usually stay pretty busy. I know that Rick Ritter will talk as long as you would like, but I too sent him an email over a year ago that has still not been answered.......lol. I have talked to Rick and to the people of HPD and both seemed as if you want to talk all day, they will stick right in there w/ you. Down side to all of this, HPD and RCR neither one have 800 #'s so get ready to pay for the long distance charges.

Put an end to the anxious wait and just call.

Yes, I've been told by others that if you get Rick on the phone, he's very helpful and willing to answer any and all of your questions. Guess I'll just have to pick up the phone!

Thanks!

I sent Hot Seat 3 e-mails on one day with different questions. I thought it best if I didn't confuse them to much all at once.

I got 1 reply to 1 of the e-mails! Still waiting for the others.

I called Rick Ritter this afternoon and he was EXTREMELY Helpful. I tried to keep the time on the phone to a minimum, as he has other customers, and I wanted to let him get back to work.
Don't be afraid to call, but have all of your questions ready before hand.

I get tons of E-mail . I am just amazed . I try to keep up with it but it is impossible. Many great questions are asked of me in E-mail , I wish I had the time required to answer them all.

If you have a question for me , just call me . I always answer the phone and am willing to help you as best I can .

Rick Ritter offers phenominal customer service. I purchased a silencer for my 98 Sport 400 two weeks ago and didn't care for the clamp and bracket set-up. I called Rick and spoke to him about it directly. The next day, he sent me several "custom" made parts to "sweetin'" up my installation. It worked out GREAT!

My hats off to guys like Ricky Ritter! Very few retailers in the "Quad World" have this kinda class!

I will keep buying things from RCR!
