Two part question here..I bought a set of 800 Sportsman Alloy wheels for my 700 EFI that originally had chrome wheels. The wheels bolt on but the lugs only get about 4-5 threads do I need to replace the studs? Also will an 800 Sportsman stock dual exhaust work on the 700 EFI and are there any benefits??

The exhaust should fit on '05/06 models but I would just use the pipe and aftermaket silencer like i and others did.

What Jimmy said use the 800 heade only the twin cans are for looks only. If you want we have the 800 header kit form ready to go or we also have our duals if you are leaning that way too. Check us out on-line @ www.speedwerx.com or give us a call if you have any ?'s

 

i had to buy the 800 lugs for my wifes 450 to put the rims on hers. there just longer. i paid 16.00 for a set. they do not come w/ the nuts though just for a heads up.

 

Just put the 800 header on even with the stock can you will see a difference and it is cheap too.
