Default 2006 scrambler prices.

i was at thr dealer today and they had my dream quad on the floor the 06 scrambler. well i got to talking to a sales man and one thing led to another. well i told him i would give 6000 out the door with a rear rack , hitch, and the extended warranty. well they called me back and said he could do 6122 out the door and no warranty. what have you guys been able to do or heard from your guys about the 06's. am i wanting to much from my dealer or what. i talked to rtd in springfield il and he told me they were offering a 3000 voucher. you bought the quad for full price and had to keep it for 35 month then you basically got a 3000 check. sounds funny to me has anyone else heard anything on this.

Sounds like one of those mail in rebates that never come back.

79oakley,

I know it is a bit of a haul for you but call motoplex of joliet. They are located in joliet il. The number is 815-722-2264. They have it listed on the web site (motoplexusa.com) for 5299.00. I know they will try to hit you with all that set up fee crap, but I also know they will bargain. I think you can get it for what you are looking for. Call them and talk to them. No, they are not my normal dealer, but where i normally go doesnt have any 06's in stock.

i called motoplex and out the door with a rack and hitch with no warranty was 6300. world of power in decatur was 6122 out the door with no warranty. looks like i may not be getting a 06. i am not giving over 6000 and i want the 4 year warranty. i would be willing to buy the rack and hitch out of pocket. oh well.

I called there not too long ago, inquireing about the 06' 700 efi. I get e-mails from them and one of the stated a "blow out pricing" on the 700 of 5899.00 ????? or close to it. So when I called, the salesman then goes into tangent about a setup fee of 495.00 and freight fee of blah... blah... blah... and this fee and that fee. They also already deducted the rebate that polaris is offering and used it to reduce the price down to the "advertised" price, the price before all the fee's they have attached. Needless to say I didn't buy from them. By the time they got done, it was more than a non blowout priced quad. BUT I thought it was worth mentioning to see if you got a good deal. Like I said, they are not my normal dealer but I wanted to see about their "blowout" prices.

yeah motoplex was a joke. so world of powersports in decatur is the best at 6122 for one and the rack and hitch. i would give 6000 just for the quad but they would have to throw in the 4 year extended warranty. looks like i am sticking to the tb for another year at least its paid for.

Dont dicker over the worthless EXTENDED WARRANTY.That is a good price and the warranty is a joke anyway.
