Did you get a white bros muffler too? If so get the quiet core, it is a lot quieter. Watch your plastic when it gets hot, some have melted.

I got the complete stock exhaust off Ebay(06 800). What does the heat shield update look like? Thanks for the info

I too am experiencing allot of heat. Was looking at the ceramic coating and notice the heat shield upgrade in the linked thread. Does anyone know what the Polaris Part# is? My dealer here (North of Toronto) can't find any info or part #...The Part# in the thread appears to be the installation sheet.

I have the update sheilds and what now and things still get hot. I've yet to install the header pipe that is cremic coated. I know Floodrunner sent his pipe out for coating. He rides more than I do he'll probably have #s from before and after.
