Default I saw the 07 800 Sportsman

I may be late off the line here, but I saw the new Sportsman 800 yesterday. Olive green $8300 I did a search here and didn't find any info on it. So I will share mine. Sorry if this is redundant. '07's have a single exhaust,(I still wonder why, salesman told me they get more power that way), rear shocks are beefier, Fuses are not under a cover, and the handgrips are very thin. Other than that the rest looked about the same to me, although I haven't looked at an '06 that good. My comparison is basically with my '05, but I did read hear that 05 and 06 are they same.

Did you happen to see where they put the fuses since they are no longer under the door in the front storage box? I posted a question recently on this as we had received a replacement upgraded front lower storage box that was solid over the shocks/struts and had a new door sealed with a new style gasket and no "bump" for the fuses. Also you saw an 07 standard model- the "deluxe" model comes with dual exhaust like ours and other goodies we have as standard.

I did see the fuses, they look to be in the same place. The difference is no cover over them. Lift the lid and fuses are exposed through a hole in bottom of box. I believe the box is still water tight.

You can still get the twin cans for the 800. You just have to get the deluxe model for it to come with them stock now. It doesn't add or take away power. Just more for looks and gives it a little more rumble.

I saw the flat black one today at a different dealer. They call the STEALH. It looks pretty cool. The lettering looks sorta like military. Had aluminum rims though, kind of wierd for a stealth theme!
