this may sound dum but how do you figure out ccs to hp (ex 500cc=50hp)

 

Thats hard to figure out because alot of different factors make hp not just cc's. Like cam, porting, compression, exhaust and intake, etc... A 500cc scrambler is only like 40hp but the 500cc Preddy is like 46-47hp(not sure). My 250cc trailblazer with mods had 42hp and a stock 400cc was 37hp. Alot of variables.

 

You can't; it dosen't work that way.
Some little engines can put out tons of power and some big engines put out little power. That is why you have to dyno and engine to see how much power it puts out.
