Default Winch Question

Hey guys I have a 2002 Scrambler 4x4 and i just baught a winch for it. I realy like the idea of mounting it on the back of the bike instead of the front. I would rather pull someone out than reverse them out of a mess. I wouldn't mind pulling my self out of mess either. Not to mention it wouldn't be waying the front down. Any tips or advice for mounting it on the back of the bike. I appreciate any input given. Thanks

i would think you would need to make a custom mounting plate some how that hooks directly to the frame. ive need seen one hooked that way.

You can buy a winch that uses the reciever/ball to attatch the winch to. But thats temporary, if your looking for a permamant mount, i dont really know what to tell you. Im sure someone will chime in that has already done this, good luck!
