Default Need a little HELP pLease

I just did my 05 500 4x4 rear housing.bearings/seals/races as they got damaged somehow. I have no slop in the bearing(side to side and up/down) and I don't think something is correct. Is the rear axle hard to spin by hand with NO tires on the axle. I have the chain with a little slop but man its kind of hard to turn. Is it because of the trany? Everything is lubed and I packed the bearings BEFORE I installed them in the races. Never done it before so I don't know how hard it should be to turn. QUESTION: How tight do you torque the two 1/2 " bolts to? Can you overtighten them with a 3/8 drive ratchet?

with the chain on? So there should be no drag? when I rev the motor in gear and pop it out of gear around 2 grand the axle stops spinning pretty much right away.

Thanks
