Ritter race ported,v-force reeds, race head,CPI race exhaust,38 mikuni carb, complete HPD race clutch kit per Rick Ritters recommendations.(Rick did the headwork, porting). When we ran I was running Knarly's,he had pro wedges in sand.

Pro Wedges hook way better in sand...you could be jetted a little fat too....what are you jetted at? I don't have a Mikuni so I don't know much about them.

I have a set of Zippers on .125 rims, but I didn't have them with me at the time.I think I am just a little rich on top.How much difference would the flywheel lightening make?I know it will rev faster but is it worth the money? Thanks,Marvin

I think the trail lightened flywheel is the best of both worlds...you still have electric start and it revs way faster than stock...you seem to get out of the hole and on the pipe a lot faster with this mod...good luck man.

get a pwk 39 and a race flywheel with ignition upgrade and you should able to dust him on drag race,,,on top end speed it's another story cauze everyone must known a shee have alot of room on top end to play with, but a very lightened 400 polaris is hard to beat,i said lighthened alot.
