I was looking at my ATV carb very closely yesterday to get an idea of how much work was involved in installing the DAJ. It looks like it will be a fair PITA, at least as much as the oil change.

For those who have this on their Sportsman, any tips or advice before I dive into it? I have yet to place my order. TIA!!

 

Okay, having looked at some pics, I can see that the DAJ is mounted between the airbox and carb, not between the carb and engine as I originally thought. So the installation will be easier than I thought.
