Polaris Tosses the Gauntlet down -- The CEO Challenge
Shortly after midnight, central time, on October 9, you will see a new Polaris banner Ad running on the top of this site.
You guys have to roll your mouse over that banner Ad and see the video where Polaris' CEO challenges the CEO of the other major ATV companies to a duel!!!!!

Interesting. I wonder if the others will even bother. This sounds like the kind of thing that would only benefit Polaris marketing so I doubt it. Especially since the Japanese companies aren't just powersports companies like Polaris but are huge international conglomorates that sell just about everything.

Here is going to run the Duel to keep it fair
In order to keep the contest fair, Pro-Motion Motorsports, LLC, the same company that builds and designs EnduroCross tracks, will be hired to build the track, purchase and validate the ATVs that will compete, officiate the event and declare the winner. EnduroCross is known in the motocross world as the ?toughest indoor off-road race in America.?
I like this idea that way no company can bring a quad they prepare an they are showroom quads. Till wants the sportsman 800 2x to use in the comp.

I have to admit that my money would be on Polaris, not because I think it's the best, but coincidentaly enough Polaris upgraded it's OEM tires this year and so now the stock Polaris has the most aggressive stock machine tires on the market. Tire traction is 90% of the battle. Hey if nothing else, maybe the other companies will start putting tires worth a damn on their own machines...
