plow with 96 scrambler

Your gona get hurt.............you have to go a little to fast without low side on the transmission that it hurts when the snow gets deep.
But you can take the rear clutch apart and wind it the wrong way and reduce you speed to 50% or less. I did this on accident on a 425 magnum and it wouldn't go over 25mph wide open and screaming. But a secondary clutch off of ebay and use it for plowing.
If the snow never gets to deep you can do it with you quad as it is. I use my '03 400 2x4 to pull a 5 foot trailmower and cut 5 acres with it, also pull very large logs and my 20 ski boat around the yard and still take it the Glamis to ride.
good luck

I did with my 99 400 scrammy worked fine. deep snow never really gave it a problem because you have the power. just dont have to high of an engagment with the primary spring did not work as good i had hpd violet spring actually i liked it better than using our old king quad for plowing i would go for it better than shovling and if it cant take 20" of snow then you get to stay out and play more!!!
