I have a 2005 Polaris Predator 500 and need some technical help.

I recently made some improvements to it. Following is a list

Wiseco 12.5 piston
Web cams intake & exhaust cams ? set up for bottom end
Titanium Valves and high rev springs
Pure Polaris Slip on exhaust, stock header
Big Gun Rev Box

I need help with jetting and timing. PLEASE, if you know or know someone who knows please let me know. I?ve called a lot of people in my area (So Cal) and no one works on this bike.

The Polaris dealer that did the work isn?t very familiar with upgrading this type of bike.

Contact Nicholas Cycle (www.nicholascycle.com) talk to them, they know EXACTLY what you need, and if you need a larger carb. If you plan on useing your stock carb, they have a nice thing they do to the carbs to really open them up and feed your motor what it needs.
