Put some seafoam in your gas tank it's a fuel cleaner/stabilizer that cleans the fuel system and combustion chamber on all 2 and 4 stroke engines ! You can get the seafoam at most auto parts stores , auto zone, advance auto parts ; i bought mine at O"reallys for $4.99 + tax here in North West Ga. !!! May be more or less depending on your location , i've used Stabil for over 20 yrs in the small engine repair service ; i found and then started using seafoam for about a yr now !!! It's the best fuel treatment i've ever found , i still use the stabil only because i have a few can's left over from last year ! Even if your quad run's good tomorrow get some seafoam to go in your tank , it will keep it running good ; you won't be sorry you tried it ! ..........williebee

Thanks, I will try it. I hope it was water in tank. I can't think of anything else it could be.

That was what i thought water in the tank , that's why i put seafoam in the tank help's keep water and other contaminate's from fouling the fuel system ; and at this time of the year it easy to get water in there ! These extreme temperture's from hot to cold so fast it's like how steam form's morture , that can get inside the fuel tank without really getting water from riding through a creek ; or justing washing down the quad after a ride ! You know how the automotive tech's say keeping you car's tank fillied to keep out water and help keep your fuel from going bad ? Adding a good fuel treatment like seafoam and topping off the tank with fresh gas , then running the engine untill the engine burn's the untreated fuel in the carb untill the mixed fill's the carb will help keep it fresh longer ! That's why i add seafoam to every tank , this way there's no worry about having to do this at the end of ride ; all you do is top off the tank and you're done. ! ................Good luck man, and i hope this is all you need keep us informed we're all here to help each other in time of need ; may God Bless us all ! ...............williebee

Does your 700 have a fuel shut off valve mounted to the fuel tank ? You could have trash clogging the strainer in the gas tank ! The strainer is on the end of cut valve in the gas tank , to check out you'll need to turn off fuel valve then remove the fuel line from the carburator. Use a clear cantainer, glass, plastic whatever you can find to drain fuel into ! Then turn on the fuel valve with fuel line in container and check the flow of gas from line, you can see if water is in the fuel with the clear container. If the fuel flow is good and no water is in the gas , check for water trapped in the carb bowl ; there should be a drain screw near the bottom of the carb ! This is the only way to check the carb for water or dirt with out removing the carb completely ! If fuel flow is bad or water is present drain the fuel tank and remove the cut valve from the tank and clean the wire strainer reistall valve ! The carb will have to come off for cleaning if water is found in gas from tank! If no water is found and fuel flow is good, then it could be moriture could be in the electrical system ! Get the quad inside a heated building let it set overnight to allow thing's to dry out, if all this doesn't do the job then it's time to take it into the dealer for a check-up ! Check all this out and let us know what you find ! .................willibee

Tried that. In the airbox there is a little vent that when running if u put your hand in front of it u can feel air pushing out. Is that ok?
