i think from what ive read if you fix your speedo it will fix the awd. the newer ones for sure if the speedo doesnt work neither does your awd. if the awd light isnt staying lighted then its loosing power to the awd ill bet.
Yes take the advice from STENDORI...Very good place to start.......Also I been an Electrician for many years and never seen a fuse that was bad and still lets current through it!!!!!.....It would have to be bad fuse holders or place of contact.....Usually it is the story of the "GREEN COPPER" at the connections....That will do it every time!!!!!!!!...............caper................

Default 4X4 Question with snow.

The front wheels will stay engaged (needed or not) as long as the RPM stays above 3,300. If the rear wheels are no longer slipping and the RPM drops below 3,300, only then will the front wheels disengage.

Default 4X4 Question with snow.

Well I got the AWD and the speeometer working.
I found a bad ground wire for the AWD and fix it and the AWD worked, but no speedometer.
I found a bad ground wire for the speedometer fix it and the speedometer works.
Both systems do not depend on the other.

Too bad all the snow is gone.

Thanks for the advice,
John
