Default another dynoport question

Is your 400 a 2001 or newer ? If so this is the problem . About that time (2001) Polaris changed exhaust flanges , they made the flange come straight out instead of an angle . Get a flange from a 1995 -99 Scrambler or a 96-99 Sport it is angled to match your pipe .

NOTE : I may be a year off or so on the manifold change - I am just going off of memory .

No problem . Just trying to help.

HpD pipes use their own manifold . I bet someone on the forum has an *angled* manifold laying in the garage .

Default another dynoport question

ok just got the new exhaust flange from a 98 scrambler on. the pipe fit great until i tried to line up the front mount. i can line it up but it pulls the flange at a weird angle and again i have an exhaust leak. Am i not suppose to use the existing hole. wish i would have gotten some instructions with it.
