Default Synthetic Winch Line question

Does the synthetic line have to be put back on the winch spool perfectly like with the steel cable?

I have the syn on my Warn 3.0 and love it. The safety factor is worth it alone.. The first few spoolings of line I have it on perfect. The last few I mixed up, I didnt want the line messing up if it was perfect,

Jeff.......
From what I was told you should spool it under a little tension........Connect hook to something that isn't gonna move and have someone on the quad holding the hand break at the same time pushing the in button.....Then try to somewhat keep the line in somekind of order on the spool....
By the way....In your gallery.......That Grand National is that a GNX or no?????

Default Synthetic Winch Line question

I triple the motion on winch rope. I have several friends in the military and that's all they want to use (their reason is weight and safety). I recently changed my winch cable over to synthetic rope, and it's pretty neat stuff to use. You do have to watch when using it in the woods, as it likes to adhere to anything that has thorns on it, but the ends do justify the means.
