Default Next Mod

I have a TB 250 with a RCR stage 1 kit on it. i want to know what i should do next for some more power. Is cylinder porting going to be my next big power gain? and if i get that done should i do anything else while im at it? Thanks, and hope everyone has a happy new year

you can port the cylinder and shave the head to give you more compresion.you can also get a racing clutch setup.try aaenperformance.com they have every and anything you need and also do port work.

Since you have RcR kit call Ritter and see about getting it ported and mill the head .020 and see about lightening the flywheel.After you get this done if you want more power go with a new PWK35 carb

Thanks for the info guys. the other thing was i was reading somewhere on here that if it is ported i will have to run race fuel. is that only with certain port jobs? Thanks again

i think you only need the race fuel with the race port. i could be wrong though. if you up the compression you will need to for sure. if you thought two stroke smells good ya gotta smell race gas.

Trail port and a milled head you will just need to run good grade of premium gas
