i would go with the 25 inch swamplites, aaenperformance.com offers pipes mufflers and other mods,as for a bumper check out ebay under polaris bumpers and see what you like.i bought a killer chrome front brushgaurd type bumper for $70

 

i found the a site for the bumper already but i will check the site for the muffler

 

found out exhaust for 01-02 325 can go on 00-03 500 trying to find out about struts and rear shock mount

 

sounds like everything is going to be the same except for the engine.i have a 425 magnum in my shop and everything on it is the same as the 500 magnum.by the way the 425 and 400 foustroke engines are the same engine.both are 425 cc.

 

i found the diff from all the magnums the struts are 100% the same the diff is engine size tire size and that the rear shock placement on the 500 is diff from all of the others so parts for 325-500 should be 99% likely to go on
all the magnums. but lifts kits for 500 should not work on all the magnums soon i maybe buying a lift for a 425 to go on a 325 when i do i'll post the results.
one thing i heard is engines from 425/500 can go in 325/330 because their the same engine just bored out

 

the engines on the 400 425 - 500 are 4 valve the 330 335 325 are 2valve.
