AAEN Performance

Default AAEN Performance

I am buying this exhaust from AAEN performance and i have the choice of either light aluminum silencer or a spark arrestor...whats the difference? power wise sound etc. thanks

i think you have to get the spark arrested one cuz you might get in trouble if you dont

so the silencer is loud? i just wnat to get rid of my stock sound..sounds like a weedwhacker lol. will the spark arrestor have better sound then the stock..and how loud are we talking for the silencer because my brother in law has an 88 250x with a cobra exhaust that is very obnoxious

Need a exhaust rated as a U.S. Forest Service spark arrestor for most state trails I think.

i dont know which one of those silencers i have. id tell ya if i knew how to tell the difference. mine had a real nice sound. my bros is stock and its just puke

the aaen has a more tingy sound to it. i love it..its loud but not super loud

being in canada you might be able to get away without the spark arrester, but ontario is a sticky province, so youd want to check into those regulations to be sure you can get the non arrested silencer

hmm lol tough decision i ride my own property so i dont really think the noise is an issue..would the silencer be better? rather then the spark arrestor? i wish i could hear a difference in them anybody have sound clips of either one of these?

i thought they are both silencers and just that one comes with a spark arrester

So does the spark arrestor slide into the silencer? is there any power loss with it? or sound? would there be more power with just the silencer? thanks for the quick replies!

anybody? i'm really lookin to get this next week..any info on what the spark arrestor is? does it just go in the silencer..because i can order the kit with pipe silencer and clutch kit for 399 cdn thats with spark arrestor or 349 with silencer
